Embrace Fearlessly the Burning World

Join us for a special tribute to the late Barry Lopez (1945–2020) as we celebrate the release of his final work of nonfiction, Embrace Fearlessly the Burning World (Random House), published posthumously. This Point Reyes Books event is presented in partnership with Emergence Magazine, Orion Magazine, and Elliott Bay Book Company and will feature writers Bathsheba Demuth, Robert Macfarlane, Jane Hirshfield, John Freeman, John Luther Adams, Colum McCann, Rebecca Solnit, and Barry’s wife, Debra Gwartney.
